To boost water resource efficiency in public housing, we have introduced the rainwater harvesting system. Rainwater is collected, stored and treated in an underground harvesting tank before being used to wash the common areas and water the plants. This reduces the usage of potable water and also slows down rainwater discharge to mitigate flood risk.

Basement Car Park
Punggol Northshore's car park is integrated with the residential blocks, providing sheltered lift access from car park to homes.
Landscaped retaining walls situated along the perimeter of the basement car park bringing in natural lighting and greenery to the car park.
Community Living Room
Designed to encourage social interaction and community bonding among residents, Community Living Rooms on the ground level are open for all to use. Mingle with fellow residents, enjoy the greenery or spend some quiet time relaxing at the seating areas provided.
